Wednesday, september 21st of 2022, coinciding with the European Cooperation Day, it will take place the Workshop of project FoodSens “Transferência de tecnologias sensoriais para prevenir riscos alimentares”, in which the consortium researchers (ANFACO CECOPESCA; CMEMS, ICETA-UP; University of Vigo; IIM-CSIC; LEICAR), will present the main results obtained and their short-medium term applicability.
